Preparation
Step 1: Make the wasabi yuzu sauce by combining wasabi paste, yuzu juice, and kewpie mayo.
Step 2: Cut u your immitation crab, add mayo and soy sauce, mix.
Step 3: Dice or mince your tuna. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped chives. Mix.
Step 4: Grease your cylinder with oil. Pack your ingredients tightly. go around cylinder with an oiled knife to losen. SLowly lift cylinder.
Step 5: Garnish and enjoy!
