This viral tik tok trend really is as good and easy as all the hype. The whole meal takes less than 15 minutes to prepare, and many ingredients can be substituted or adjusted to your tastes/available ingredients!

1 filet fresh salmon
½ an avocado
½ cup edamame
Sushi rice (we use THESE microwavable packs)
Nori paper/Seaweed paper
For the Sauce:
Sriracha (Order HERE)
Chili Oil (Order HERE)

Kewpie Mayo (Order HERE)
Tamari Soy Sauce (Order HERE)
Garnishes (Optional):

Preparation
Step 1: Marinate salmon in soy sauce and ginger for 30 minutes to a couple hours
Step 2: Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Pan-fry your salmon for 2-4 minutes on each side (we like ours medium rare but leave for longer for a more well-done salmon).
Step 3: Microwave or make your sushi rice. Place salmon on bowl of rice and mash together
Step 4: Add your sauces and mix. Top with edamame, avocado, and garnishes. Put filling and toppings on a piece of nori paper and enjoy!
