Sushi Boutique
Get excited for a new place to spend all your money this year because the newest Chicago sushi restaurant is coming in hot October 1st. Sushi Boutique will be housed on the first floor of the picturesque ClaridgeHouse Hotel. Located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, Sushi Boutique will bring a luxurious, upscale take on the proximate sushi scene. Sushi Dokku - Urbanspace Food Hall
For fans of the West Loop sushi staple Sushi Dokku, their second location has officially opened inside the Loop's newest food hall, Urbanspace. Located on the corner of State and Washington, those returning to offices inside the loop have a quick and convenient location for a sushi lunch on the go.
Kōmo - Sister Restaurant to Macku
This West Loop newcomer opens it doors to diners the first weekend in October. The restaurant will offer a $160, 7 course seasonal tasting menu focusing on cooked Japanese kaiseki items with a latin twist. Head to Tock to make your reservations now!
Jinsei Motto - Official Omakase Counter
Jinsei Motto, one of the newer, more innovative Chicago sushi restaurants, is slated to finish their omakase bar early October. Residing inside of CH Distillery, the two companies have come together to offer dinners a one of a kind experience and environment. The new omakase bar will be housed towards the back of the structure, finally offering sushi-goers a personal, chef-forward experience. Those well versed in dining omakase (a tasting menu where the sushi chef provides each small plate and nigiri bite to you one-on-one) will appreciate the chance to finally enjoy Jinsei's creations as soon as they are ready to be eaten. Sushi San, Willis Tower - Hand Roll Bar

Blue Sushi Sake Grill
Blue Sushi Sake Grill, a popular sushi chain with notable locations in Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Ohio, and more, is set to open its first Chicago location in late 2021. Sushi By Bou
