Say goodbye to breaking the bank every time you crave quality sushi. With Sushi by Bou entering the scene, quality and affordability are no longer mutually exclusive. This delicious 12-course, $50 Omakase option hits the Chicago sushi scene Friday, January 21st.
The successful Sushi by Bou concept has finally made its way to Chicago to join its sister restaurants – Sushi Suite and Sushi Boutique – in the 312. Sushi by Bou, the original concept in the collection of Sushi by Bou brands, provides diners top quality fish at an incredibly affordable price-point. The unique concept invites guests in for a timed 12-course tasting menu. The premise revolves around efficiency and affordability, all while offering high-quality food and service.
Sushi by Bou is situated inside Hotel Lincoln in an adjacent suite to its sister restaurant, Sushi Suite 202. The restaurant’s sushi bar is led by two skilled sushi chefs a night and can accommodate up to 12 guests each seating. Diners are encouraged to come early, grab a drink, and lounge in the whiskey library until their seating.
Sushi by Bou will offer two timed omakase options:
The Signature Package: 30 minutes / 12 pieces / $50
The Bougie Package: 60 minutes / 17 pieces / $100 (required for parties of 5+)
We got a sneak peak this week and were impressed with the sustained quality and sustenance for the lower price point. While the adjacent sister restaurant, Sushi Suite, remains our favorite spot in town for omakase, we are very excited at the opportunity to enjoy similar quality and service for a more affordable price point.
Sushi by Bou is geared-up to open next Friday, January 21st. Reservations can be made at the link below.
